Mohamed Achaq

Senior Software Engineer & AI Solutions Architect

I'm a software engineer and builder working on systems that run in production. Most of my work sits around system architecture, AI, and full stack development, with a strong focus on things that scale and keep working over time.

Over the years I've worked across startups and distributed teams, leading both architecture and product delivery. From building Cronacl, an AI workspace for knowledge and workflow automation, to founding Galvn, where we design and ship AI systems used in real operations. I tend to focus on things that hold up in practice and actually move the business forward.

Fidelect is a B2B2C Business OS for physical and hybrid businesses, built around loyalty, marketing, and customer lifecycle intelligence. It enables clinics, retailers, and brands to manage customers, rewards, campaigns, referrals, and analytics from a single platform. Designed as a modular system rather than a single-feature tool, Fidelect helps businesses increase retention, grow lifetime value, and replace fragmented CRM and loyalty stacks with one coherent system.

Cronacl is an enterprise-grade AI platform designed to turn internal knowledge into usable systems. It provides document ingestion, semantic search, vector indexing, and agentic workflows that automate real business tasks. Built for scale, security, and multi-tenancy, Cronacl focused on making AI adoption practical for teams without requiring ML expertise. Its core architecture later became the foundation for multiple production systems.

Galvn is an AI consultancy focused on building production-ready systems, not prototypes. We design and ship intelligent agents, internal platforms, and AI-powered workflows that integrate directly into existing stacks. Galvn operates where reliability, security, and measurable impact matter, serving as both a delivery arm and a proving ground for ideas that later become products.
